Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional, empathetic, and patient demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately log customer interactions and account information into the CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and customer experience.
- Stay current on product knowledge and company policies through daily training sessions.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products to meet team revenue goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is not required (we train you!).
- Must possess reliable internet access and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Willingness to pass a background check and pre-employment screening.
