Responsibilities
- Resolve technical inquiries via live chat within SLA targets
- Document interactions using Zendesk and Salesforce
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers for complex issues
- Maintain positive CSAT scores above 95%
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat/Sun)
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation
- Monitor chat queues during peak hours
Qualifications
- 6+ months customer support experience
- Proficient in CRM and chat platforms (Zendesk preferred)
- Typing speed 50+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Strong troubleshooting skills for OS/network issues
- Available for 12-hour weekend shifts (7am-7pm)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- US citizenship or work authorization mandatory
