Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding products, services, and account status.
- Accurately log all customer interactions and transactions into the CRM database.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, products, and services.
- Adhere to call scripts and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a clear, professional speaking voice.
- Proficiency with computers and typing (minimum 35 WPM).
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable access to a computer and high-speed internet (if remote) or willingness to commute to our Minneapolis office.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
