Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on quality and speed.

- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to supervisors.
- Adhere to all company policies, call scripts, and quality assurance standards.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Fluency in English; strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection (for remote/on-site hybrid roles).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
