- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Process orders, returns, and account information accurately.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to continuously improve service quality and call handling procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Must be available to complete the paid training program successfully.
