Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Provide product information and guide customers through technical troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service standards and achieve KPIs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Proficient in computer systems and typing (35+ wpm).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
