Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex cases
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Type 35+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Availability for flexible hours (including weekends)
