Responsibilities
- Engage in Real-Time Support: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat interfaces.
- Troubleshoot & Resolve: Diagnose and resolve technical and product-related issues efficiently to minimize customer downtime.
- Customer Advocacy: Maintain a high standard of empathy and patience, ensuring every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.
- Documentation: Accurately log interactions, resolutions, and feedback into the CRM system for future reference.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with technical teams and other departments to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Performance Monitoring: Meet or exceed daily chat volume and satisfaction metrics while adhering to quality assurance guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or call center environments is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar, tone, and clarity.
- Technical Proficiency: Proven typing speed of at least 40-50 WPM and proficiency with computers and software applications.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
