Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Build rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs and providing accurate information.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates efficiently using our CRM software.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in internal systems.
- Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional telephone manner.
- Strong computer literacy, including typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
