- Answer incoming customer calls with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately enter and update customer information into our CRM database.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Follow all call scripts and quality assurance guidelines.
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus but not mandatory (training provided).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to type 35+ WPM.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic attitude.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
