Responsibilities

- Handle complex customer complaints and escalations with patience and empathy.
- Adhere to all call scripts, quality assurance guidelines, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve overall customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (No sponsorship available).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
