Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve customer inquiries, billing concerns, and technical issues
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Meet performance metrics including CSAT scores and average handle time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge
- Uphold company values and service standards in every customer interaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Flexible schedule availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-8PM)
- Problem-solving mindset with conflict resolution abilities
- U.S. work authorization and reliable transportation
