Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, account details, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company scripts, policies, and compliance regulations during every interaction.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance metrics (KPIs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or customer service environment is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and flexible shifts.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if working remotely) or willingness to work on-site.
