Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution targets
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Adhere to compliance protocols and confidentiality standards
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months customer service/call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with Windows OS
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Positive attitude with problem-solving aptitude
- Pass background check and drug screen
