Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support environment is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and computer navigation.
