Job Overview
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the voice of our brand, handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and response times.
- Participate in paid training sessions to learn company policies and products.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
