- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call handling time, CSAT)
- Upsell products/services when appropriate
- Participate in team huddles and training sessions
- Maintain compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with accuracy
- Reliable internet connection for hybrid work
- Professional demeanor under pressure
