Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve inquiries regarding products/services using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call time, resolution rates)
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce/Zendesk platforms
- Collaborate with team leads to improve customer experience
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
- Maintain positive rapport during high-pressure situations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficient with Windows OS and web applications
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (rotating schedule)
- Ability to pass background/drug screening
