Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Update customer account information accurately in the CRM system.
- Adhere to all call scripts and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to achieve daily and weekly performance goals.
- Document interactions and escalate complex issues as necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, positive attitude.
