Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on quality and speed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM database.
- Process orders, returns, and service requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
