Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone voice.
- Basic computer skills and typing speed of 30+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Reliable internet connection (for remote options) or willingness to commute.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
