Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and emails from local customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using internal databases and CRM software.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and transaction histories.
- Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to address service delivery concerns.
- Proactively identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center support.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Must be a reliable, local resident of the Dallas, TX area.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
