Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues efficiently
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs (call time, resolution rate, CSAT)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
- Maintain professional demeanor under high call volume
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Proficient with Windows/Mac OS and CRM software
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Valid US work authorization
