Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support via our customer portal across multiple industries
- Resolve technical inquiries, billing concerns, and product usage questions
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support teams for complex issue escalation
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Adhere strictly to data security protocols and compliance standards
- Participate in weekly virtual training sessions and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience (chat support preferred)
- Exceptional written communication with 60+ WPM typing speed
- Proficient with CRM tools (Zendesk/Salesforce experience a plus)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with calm demeanor under pressure
- Available for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) with flexible scheduling
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
