Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support for B2B SaaS customers across multiple digital platforms
- Resolve technical issues including software glitches, account access, and integration problems
- Document cases accurately using Zendesk while maintaining SLA compliance
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers for complex escalations during peak hours
- Proactively identify trends in customer feedback to improve service protocols
- Maintain 95+ customer satisfaction score through empathetic communication
- Train on new product launches and platform updates during shift transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer support or chat-based helpdesk roles
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Zendesk/Salesforce) and live chat platforms
- Exceptional written communication with ability to convey technical concepts simply
- Comfortable troubleshooting Windows/macOS, cloud applications, and basic networking
- Available for consistent night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM EST) with weekend rotation
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
- Type 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy during simulated chat scenarios
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 concurrent chat conversations
