Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Accurately document customer interactions and issue resolutions in the CRM system.
- Follow company scripts and policies to ensure brand consistency.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or technical team.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and navigating multiple windows simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure or in conflict situations.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
