Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and professionally.
- Accurately document customer interactions, account details, and solutions in our CRM systems.
- Listen actively to customer needs and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
