- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their requirements.

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- No prior customer service experience is required—we provide full training!
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
