Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call quality, resolution time, CSAT)
- Document interactions accurately in compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with team members to optimize customer experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work Saturdays/Sundays with rotating holidays
- Proficient in Windows OS and typing 35+ WPM
- Background check and drug test required
