- Resolve technical issues, billing questions, and product concerns using CRM tools
- Maintain detailed case notes and documentation for each customer interaction
- Collaborate with technical escalation teams for complex troubleshooting
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in continuous training on product updates and support protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer support or helpdesk roles
- Proven proficiency with live chat platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.)
- Exceptional written communication with flawless grammar and tone
- Ability to multitask across 3-5 concurrent chat sessions
