Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with <2-minute average response time
- Resolve technical issues, billing concerns, and product questions
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support for complex escalations
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities
- Adhere to strict data security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience (chat/email focus)
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Proficiency with G Suite, Zendesk, or similar platforms
- Ability to multitask across 3-5 concurrent chats
- Weekend availability (Saturdays 8AM-4PM, Sundays 10AM-6PM)
- Basic troubleshooting for software/hardware issues
