Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat channels.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve escalated issues.
- Monitor call queues and maintain high service quality metrics (CSAT).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and polite tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
