Responsibilities
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Communicate professionally and empathetically with customers via live chat platforms.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues and answer questions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions and resolutions into the CRM database.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features and updates to provide accurate information.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and peers to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Superior written English skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ words per minute.
- Attitude: A patient, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
