- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize CRM software and internal knowledge bases to troubleshoot technical or product-related problems.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar, spelling, and tone.
- Typing speed of 40+ words per minute with high accuracy.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
