Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or email support role.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 45 WPM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong multitasking abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
