Responsibilities

- Manage incoming customer inquiries via live chat with speed and accuracy.
- Resolve technical issues and provide product information using a polite and professional tone.
- Log customer interactions and issues accurately into our CRM database.
- Collaborate with senior support agents and technical teams to resolve complex cases.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Excellent written communication skills and a fast typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with web browsers and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- A stable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential.
