Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via live chat platforms in a clear, professional, and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information.
- Log all interactions, resolutions, and account notes into the internal CRM system.
- Maintain a high first-contact resolution rate and meet daily/weekly productivity targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols to assist customers effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or management when necessary.
Qualifications
