As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be the voice of our brand, resolving customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate product information, account details, and troubleshooting assistance.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and de-escalate tense situations effectively.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding response time and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (if remote).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
