Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via live chat with a focus on speed, accuracy, and a friendly tone.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support or technical teams when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or technical support is highly preferred.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and strong grammar skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer navigation.
- Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of chat traffic in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
