Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat to resolve inquiries, issues, and requests.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone in all written communications.
- Evaluate customer needs and provide accurate solutions or escalate to senior staff when necessary.
- Document all interactions, feedback, and resolutions within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide consistent support.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus).
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or chat support preferred.
- Excellent typing skills (minimum 45 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Strong written communication skills, including proper grammar and punctuation.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
