Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a resolution within agreed SLAs.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's request, identifying the root cause, and selecting the best solution.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the internal CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the Tier 2 support team when necessary.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or call center environments is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to multitask between multiple chat windows and systems simultaneously.
