Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.
- Resolve customer issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and answer product-related questions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while managing high chat volumes.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate senior staff or engineering teams.
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure adherence to quality assurance standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate support solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or call center environments (preferred).
- Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on grammar and clarity.
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
