Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and troubleshoot problems effectively.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the team lead to identify areas for process improvement.
- Meet daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly preferred.
- Must possess strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- US work authorization is required.
