Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in real-time via text-based chat platforms to resolve inquiries, provide product information, and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Assist customers with account management, order status checks, and returns or exchanges in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in recording customer interactions and updating CRM databases.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team leads and other support staff to share knowledge and improve service protocols.
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a friendly and empathetic tone.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services where appropriate to meet team targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a college degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must have a reliable computer with high-speed internet access and a quiet workspace.
- Basic typing skills (35+ WPM) with the ability to type accurately while listening.
- Strong written communication skills; the ability to convey complex information simply is essential.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
