Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently to resolve issues.
- Provide Product/Service Information: Educate customers on our offerings and answer questions regarding policies and procedures.
- Process Transactions: Accurately input data, process orders, and manage accounts using our CRM software.
- Escalate Complex Issues: Identify when a situation requires senior support and escalate it appropriately.
- Maintain Records: Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: No prior customer service experience required; training provided.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
