- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to improve processes.
- Upselling & Sales: Identify opportunities to suggest relevant products or services to customers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Equivalent work experience considered.
- Excellent Typing Skills: Minimum 40 WPM required for efficient chat handling.
- Strong Communication: Ability to write clearly and concisely in a professional tone.
- Reliable Internet Connection: Must have a high-speed, stable internet connection at home (if remote hybrid) or access to office network.
- Customer Focus: Proven track record of providing top-tier customer service.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
