Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via live chat with speed, accuracy, and a consistently positive tone.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Log interactions and issue resolutions accurately and thoroughly into the CRM system.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to suggest process improvements to the support team.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or email support role.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with impeccable grammar and spelling.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to switch contexts quickly in a fast-paced environment.
