Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time customer support via live chat platforms with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve technical inquiries, billing issues, and product questions efficiently
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction
- Continuously update knowledge base with product updates and solutions
- Identify upsell opportunities through consultative chat conversations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed with exceptional accuracy
- Strong written communication skills with flawless grammar
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced digital environment
- Basic technical troubleshooting aptitude
- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving orientation
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup (if remote)
- Fluent in English (Spanish bilingual a plus)
