Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and technical difficulties effectively.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional tone in all communications.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in the internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and quality assurance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or chat support is preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills and typing speed (45+ WPM).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace if working remotely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
