Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on quality and speed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upsell relevant products/services.
- Follow established scripts and policies to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to improve overall team performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and policy changes through ongoing training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred, but we provide Paid Training for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
- Proficiency with computers and navigating software applications (CRM experience is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable internet connection (if working remotely) or ability to commute to our New York office.
